"Called for a quote and spoke with Danielle, who was so kind and helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure I had the info I needed and was so honest and forthright in all of my questions. "I have never been treated so poorly! This is not what I do for a living and it is what they do for a living but they talk to you like you should know everything right away and they are not willing to help you or even try to help you understand a little bit. This isn't the first time I've dealt with them as I have my car insurance with them and was thinking about bundling but then when I'm trying to work with my home insurance they spoke to me like I was lying, trying to get one over on them and told me they didn't feel comfortable because what I was saying didn't add up. I told them I didn't know if I was on the title or not. I'm pretty sure I am and I'm looking forward to switching my car insurance and never getting my home insurance to them. I'm not even sure how you can steal from an insurance company. But Danielle told me I made her feel uncomfortable because I didn't know what I was saying. Of course I don't know what I'm saying! I've never done this in my entire life as my insurance for my home has always been done by my bank. Luckily key Bank was great to work with and helpful. They did not tell me title information mattered. Clearly it does but to tell someone they're lying just because they're not sure about something is crazy!!!! If you like being spoken down too then go with them. Also if you look through the low reviews I'm not the first person saying that they are very rude to speak with and very disrespectful. They seem like they're in a rush and literally hung up on me as I was asking a question just today! Must be one busy office and they are not getting my business or my families because that's what families do they stick together! So you just lost at least 20+ homes!!! Our family is so loyal that if I speak to someone that has State farm they will search for anybody else especially if they have State farm with this office Kathy Chambers office and anyone dealing with Danielle or Brianna! Rude, mean, not nice!"

"EXPECT TO BE TALKED DOWN TO! It's sad that the people I spoke with Danielle and Brianna we're so rude. Especially Brianna. This is what they do for a living! I'm doing home insurance for the first time in my life as my bank has always handled it. So this is all new to me on top of it I'm divorced but we are cordial and keep the mortgage together because we are have a 2% rate. So trying to do this is already hard enough but then having them question you like you're lying or trying to get one over on them is absolutely absurd! I don't even know how you could get one over on an insurance company when you're trying to do it for your home mortgage. Like I'm trying to steal something!! Pretty crazy thought honestly! I'm the one paying hundreds of dollars a year to cover something I will probably never use as most people don't and they're talking to me like I'm the thief??!! Doesn't make much sense! Especially because I'm one of the nicest people, God-fearing animal loving, give everything I can to others kind of person. So I can only take so much before I have to leave a bad review and pray that nobody has to deal with them and be talked to like I was. If it's between them and another company please in the name of Jesus go with anybody else even if it's a couple dollars more it's worth every penny to go anywhere else. Progressive had some pretty awesome rates and so does Costco. ****If you end up going with them, don't say I didn't warn you (At least this office) 😔"

"We'd been in an insurance "complacency coma" for THREE DECADES!!! Year after year after year 🙄 we'd paid premiums to the same company, rarely IF EVER filing claims, and thinking it was a hassle to change insurance companies. We FINALLY woke up when we... a) moved after 30 years, and b) actually looked at a Consumer Reports (CR) review and learned that the company, who'd collected ALL our money ALL those years, had a terrible review. Shame on us, but that was then. For our home and auto coverage, we sought three bids: AAA, Farm Bureau, and StateFarm, with Danielle at Kathy's office providing StateFarm's. All three companies had friendly, responsive representatives that gave us timely, competitive pricing on comparable coverage, and we ultimately chose StateFarm, which had good CR review! We've received nothing but A+ service from Kathy's office since, and it's located five minutes from our new home."
